I'M JUST STARTING OUT IN BUSINESS. IS THE CYA CAFÉ SOCIETY? A GOOD FIT FOR ME?
To be fully transparent, it may not be the best fit for you. While we cover a lot of foundational and daily operations topics relevant to new and established businesses, much of the business building information is most useful to those who have been in business 2 years or more. Furthermore, the trainings and resources do not cover starting a new business from scratch. The foundational business topics are highly relevant to those who have been in business for a while who are offering new products or services, or taking their business in a new direction.
IS THE RESOURCE LIBRARY SEARCHABLE?
Yes! This is a favorite feature of our community and resource library area. Not only can you search for a topic in the library and it will show you all available resources on that topic, including conversations.
WHAT FORMAT ARE THE RESOURCES IN?
Every video is transcribed and we're working on getting captions added to all videos. Additionally, you can choose to listen to the video in audio format only or read the transcript. Whatever your learning style, we’ve got you covered! Guides that are not in video or audio form, checklists, action sheets, planners, and templates are all in written form.
DO I HAVE LIFETIME ACCESS TO THE CONTENT AND RESOURCES IN THE LUMINARY LIBRARY?
No. There is no lifetime access to the content and resources in the resource libraries, vaults, and hubs. Trainings and resources may be removed periodically and replaced with an updated resources, removed because they are no longer relevant, or simply removed. Likewise, removed trainings and resources may be added back to the resource libraries, vaults, and hubs at any time. The latest version of all trainings and resources will always be included in the resource libraries, vaults, and hubs. Nevertheless, you are granted a lifetime limited non-exclusive personal use license to the resources available for downloading. Please make sure to save them to your drive or cloud storage as they not guaranteed to remain in the resource libraries, vaults, and hubs indefinitely.
WHAT IF I CAN'T MAKE IT TO THE LIVE Q+A DISCUSSION SESSIONS, TRAININGS, OR EVENTS?
If you are unable to attend any of the live Q+A sessions, trainings, or events, if the sessions, trainings, or events are recorded, replays will be available within 48 hours in the CYA CAFé SOCIETY HQ Hub in the corresponding section. For Q+A sessions, you can also ask and post questions anytime in the CYA CAFé SOCIETY HQ Hub dedicated Q+A or discussion areas. We try to schedule several Q+A sessions, trainings, and events at different times to accommodate different schedules.
IS THERE A COMMUNITY FORUM?
Yes. We are currently using Heartbeat for our community forum and chats. There you can connect with other CYA CAFé SOCIETY members, ask questions, share experiences, and build a supportive network.
IS THERE ON-GOING SUPPORT?
Yes. We host live Q&A sessions, group brand protection clarity sessions, and live Action Labs where you can ask specific questions. Additionally, the membership offers access to a discussion forum for ongoing support and networking with other members.
CYACS members level can book one complimentary 1 hour 1:1 Business Clarity session per month.

Upon signup, you'll receive a welcome email with instructions on accessing and navigating the CYA CAFÉ SOCIETY HQ Hub, Luminary Resource Library, and community forum areas which include all access links information.
CAN I ACCESS THE CONTENT ON MY PHONE?
Yes, you can access the Luminary Resource Library, and HQ Hub through the Heartbeat mobile app on iPhones and Android phones. We do not currently offer a free trial, but we provide a comprehensive list of what's included in the membership to help you make an informed decision. We also encourage you to attend our free events and download our free resources to assess the type of training and resources we provide and our community vibe.
THE CURRENT PRICING IS INTRODUCTORY PRICING. WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THE PRICE GOES UP?
After the introductory pricing and founding member promotion ends, you will be grandfathered in at the current introductory monthly rate as long as the promotion you joined under remains active and until you cancel your membership.
WHAT IF I ALREADY PURCHASED A TRAINING OR RESOURCE INCLUDED IN THE MEMBERSHIP, RESOURCE LIBRARY, OR HQ HUB?
One of the great features of the membership is that it includes information and resources not available for purchase elsewhere as well as content that can be purchased in my shop. Therefore, if you purchase a training or resource before deciding to join, you will still receive significant value for your membership.
I do my best to emphasize the benefits of joining to the membership instead of purchasing the single training or resource if it is included in the membership. However, I know that some individuals would rather just purchase the trainings and materials instead of joining.
If a training or resource is included in the membership, it is always noted on the class or materials description page.
Lastly, the support from the CYA CAFÉ SOCIETY membership community is invaluable!
WHAT HAPPENS IF I WANT TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?
You can always cancel your membership at any time inside your account. You will retain your membership for any month(s) you have paid for. You will not be billed for any future month(s). Due to the nature of the programming, trainings, community, and the immediate access to the vast amount of valuable information and resources you receive when you join, we do not provide refunds. Once you cancel, any access to the resource library, virtual community spaces, events, and community portal(s) will be immediately revoked at the end of your billing period. Additionally, all of your bonus appointments and registrations scheduled for after your final billing date will be canceled. Any promotions or discounts you received will be terminated and will no longer be valid or available.
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
No. We don't offer refunds on subscriptions or memberships. However, we understand wanting to try before you buy! For this reason, we offer numerous free resources, including our public podcasts, and complimentary event opportunities. These are perfect ways to experience our vibe and explore the type of resources we offer before committing to the subscription. We also encourage you to ask any questions you may have before joining.
IS THERE A MONEY BACK GUARANTEE?
While I hope that you find all of the information and resources included in the membership beneficial, and customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to me, I do not offer refunds or guarantees for this membership.
We offer free events and resources that are available in our overall TMF/CYA CAFE™ COMMUNITY so you can get a sense of what we offer, our communication style, and our community vibe before you purchase any of our products and services. Additionally, please feel free to ask questions about the features of our products and services here.
You are free to cancel your subscription at any time within your account. You will retain your membership for any month(s) you have paid for. You will not be billed for any future months.

CAN I UPGRADE OR DOWNGRADE MY MEMBERSHIP?
If you wish to join the VIBRANTLY CLEAR™ SOCIETY MASTERMIND, you can simply cancel your CYA CAFÉ membership and join the VIBRANTLY CLEAR™ SOCIETY MASTERMIND membership at any time. You will retain your CYA CAFÉ SOCIETY monthly subscription member status until the end of your billing cycle. Please note, as these are not related tier memberships, if you decide to cancel your current CYA CAFÉ SOCIETY membership to join the other membership, your CYA CAFÉ SOCIETY membership will not be prorated.
